Description Epaulettes are for an Oberleutnant assigned to Lanwehr=Inspektion Numberg (Reserve Inspectorate Numberg). Epaulettes are constructed of red felt with the shoulder strap edged in silver/light blue bullion braid with a gilt metal crescent at the sleeve end. Inside the sleeve end oval area are a gilt gothic letter N as well as a gilt pip for the rank of Oberleutnant. Epaulettes come complete in their original dark green/black marbelized cardboard figure-8 case line in blue cardboard. Beautiful set of Royal Bavarian epaulettes in their original case recently obtained in Germany. Near MINT (22762)
