Description This nice example has the Russian crest on the obverse pommel. Obverse upper scabbard fitting features the star with sickle and hammer with oak leaves and a sunburst-type effect. Reverse has the Kremlin tower. The scabbard black leather is in excellent condition as are all the fittings (missing one insert on top upper scabbard fitting), which show much of their original gilting. Blade is Exc , is maker marked as well as marked with the serial number on the reverse. Top pommel nut has the Russian star. Complete with black buffer pad. Very nice example!
