Description No Maker TM. Gilded hilt fittings show light surface wear with and undamaged crown pommel in perfect condition. Crossguard is in the form of an outward-facing lion head and a spade and pick. Bulgarian royal crest is featured on the obverse crossguard and reverse features a blank panel. Medium orange celluloid grip shows two hair-line cracks and tight twisted wire wrap. Plated blade grades EX and shows two spots of speckling to both obverse and reverse and tip has been re-pointed. Blade design is the same as the German Army dagger and is complete with leather blade buffer pad. Dent-free, leather covered scabbard shows almost no surface wear or damage. Gilded upper, middle, and lower scabbard are fittings embellished with oak leaf design and silver “rising sun” seal.
